Troubleshooting
Before contacting support, please run these quick checks:
- Confirm your Mac is running a supported version of macOS (13 Ventura or later).
- Quit and relaunch gist., then retry the same action.
- Confirm your sign-in session is active.
- Confirm your internet connection is stable and API requests can complete.
If the issue persists, email hello@gistapp.net with your macOS version, gist. app version, exact steps to reproduce, and a screenshot when possible.
Billing
gist. subscriptions are managed through the App Store. Plan changes, renewals, and cancellations are handled by your Apple subscription settings.
- Upgrade or cancel from your Apple subscriptions page.
- Refund requests follow Apple's billing and refund policies.
- If your paid access does not unlock correctly, contact us for entitlement checks.
Account
For Apple Sign-In errors, access restoration, or questions about free usage count and subscription status, contact hello@gistapp.net.
